All orders are processed and dispatched from our London fulfilment centre Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same day.

Tracking is provided for all orders via DHL Express or Royal Mail Tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

We want you to love your Rocksnug product. If for any reason you don't, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked, no restocking fee.

Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Gift sets must be returned as complete sets.

Log in to My Account, find your order, and click "Return". Or email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it from there.

Print your label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it, attach it to your parcel. No printer? We can arrange a QR code drop-off.

Drop it off
Drop your parcel at any DHL ServicePoint or Royal Mail Post Office. Takes about 2 minutes.

Refund processed
Once we receive your return (usually 3–5 days), your refund is processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

We offer free exchanges within 60 days. Choose a different colour, size, or product of equal or lesser value — we'll cover the return and re-delivery costs both ways.

For a different product of higher value, you'll simply pay the price difference at checkout.

Damaged or Faulty

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, it's covered by our 2-Year Guarantee. We'll repair, replace, or refund — whichever you prefer.

Email us a photo at [email protected] and we'll sort it, usually within 24 hours.

Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll do our best to make the change. Orders dispatched same-day, so act fast.
Unfortunately DHL Express cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please use a full street address. If you're having difficulty, contact us and we'll find a solution.
Contact us anyway. Our 2-year guarantee covers faults and defects regardless of when you bought. For change of mind after 60 days, we'll review on a case-by-case basis — we want you to be happy.
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 2 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show the credit. PayPal refunds are usually instant.
Yes. Gift recipients can return any Rocksnug product within 60 days for store credit or exchange. No receipt needed — just contact us with the order number or the purchaser's email.
